S.A.F.E. Housing Union is a Non Denominational Christian ministry founded on the principles of compassion, love, and helping those in need. Our mission is to minister to everyone, regardless of their background or beliefs, by demonstrating Christ's love through our actions. We firmly believe that by showing genuine care and support, we can make a positive impact in people's lives. As part of our ministry, we offer prayers and Christian guidance to our members if they are open to it. We understand that stability is crucial for individuals and families, and we strive to provide the necessary resources and assistance to help them achieve that stability. Our Heavenly Father's love is at the core of everything we do, and it is through our acts of service that we hope to spread His love and bring hope to those who need it the most. We do not discriminate, judge, or exclude anyone, but rather embrace all individuals with open arms, understanding that we are all deserving of love, compassion, and a helping hand. At S.A.F.E. Housing Union, we strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where people can find support, encouragement, and a chance to rebuild their lives.

Our mission here at S.A.F.E Housing Union is a simple yet crucial one – We are working to eradicate homelessness, by ending the usury and instability of renting and lending practices, working on ending homelessness by preventing it in the first place, providing stable safe affordable homeownership allows us to end the abusive usury through renting and lending.

For our members that are tenants, we work with them to keep them housed in a rental until we can work with them to get them placed into an affordable mortgage free home. Until then we work to safeguard our members from being exploited by their landlords, or property management. All while we work to provide a better quality of life and find housing solutions for our members. Providing them stability, a solid foundation, and a pathway to financial freedom.

In most states the system is usually biased leaving the tenants unprotected, vulnerable, defenseless, and without adequate protections, often times neglecting the rights of tenants leaving them without sufficient safeguards, when this happens S.A.F.E. can step in as a mediator for our members, providing them with securities until we can arrange for mortgage free homeownership.

For our members that are homeowners, we provide a pathway of relief from their lending institution, and usury. We work with our members that are homeowners to help get them out from under their mortgage and into an affordable mortgage free homeownership program. Providing them stability, a solid foundation, and a pathway to financial freedom.

As a union, all of our members work together with us as a unified force. Standing together as ONE, in doing so we become ONE voice, and more powerful in reaching our goal of every member becoming a homeowner with a mortgage free home, and the stability of financial freedom.

As a Ministry we provide strength, faith, and resources for our members and our community. We work together to provide for one another, and our community, we show the love of our Heavenly Father to our community through our works, and guidance.

We are 110% committed to following our Heavenly Father, doing what He has asked us to do, and completing the goals He has given us. We take pleasure in serving our Heavenly Father through His Ministry and this United Union!

For our Renting Members:

At S.A.F.E., our mission is to work with you to help get you from renting into an affordable mortgage free homeownership program, while helping meet your needs, and standing with you to keep you housed to the best of our ability. We work to stand with you and support you, united as one, whenever you find yourself in a difficult situation with your landlord, property manager or whenever a specific need arises.

If any of our tenant members has a specific need arise, such as facing eviction, residing in uninhabitable conditions or dilapidated buildings, unfair rent increase, repairs needing to be fixed, or any other situation, our dedicated team will work tirelessly to help try and remedy these situations as they arise, until we can get the tenant placed in a permanent affordable homeownership program.

For our Homeowner Members:

At S.A.F.E. our mission is to help you achieve affordable homeownership by getting you out from under your current mortgage with high interest rates, exorbitant monthly payments, usury, and work to get you into an affordable homeownership program with no mortgage, usury, interest, and monthly payments that are truly affordable.

However, if during this time, as a member you find yourself in a situation facing an illegal balloon payment, increased monthly payment, increase in interest rate, foreclosure, unauthorized title transfer or any other illegal action by your lender we will do everything we can to stand with you as a member so you don’t have to fight on your own.

For those in an H.O.A. (homeowners association) S.A.F.E. is currently unable to fight H.O.A.’s due to the fact that they are unregulated entities, and make their own rules. All H.O.A.’s stand as separate entities that fall into a huge grey area that are not regulated by any laws for the most part. S.A.F.E. therefore will do everything possible to get you out from under the rule of any H.O.A.
